Bids will be received by the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau, which operates under the direction of the Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission, an enterprise fund of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, at the LRCVB 4th Floor Conference Room, 101 South Spring Street, Suite 400, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 until 2:00 p.m., on June 10th, 2025 for the Lighting Controls at the Robinson Center Meeting Rooms project for the Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau, Little Rock, Arkansas. Bids will be based on a single lump sum contract.
Pre-Bid Information:
A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the main entry lobby of the Robinson Center on June 3rd 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Prospective bidders should attend this meeting.
