Separate sealed bids for the GEORGE KELL PARK IMPROVEMENTS TO INCLUDE ASPHALT PARKING, CONCRETE SIDEWALK AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS will be received by the City of Newport, Arkansas, at City Hall, 615 Third St., Newport, AR, 72112 until 10:00 A.M., on September 19, 2024, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
