Summary of Work:
The project consists of finish upgrades to approximately 3,600 sf to convert the old emergency department into a new off campus Health Services clinic for the University.
The scope of work includes demo of existing finishes and new flooring, rubber base, paint, and selective ceiling replacement. The project also includes heavy duty cleaning of all surfaces and repair of millwork and MEP items.
Bid Information:
Bids will be received by The University of Mississippi, Office of the Director of Procurement Services, 164_Jeanette Phillips Drive, P.O. Box 1848, University, MS 38677, until 2:00 PM (CT) on Thursday, August 29, 2024, per Bid File #1183 and thereby publicly opened and read.
A pre-bid conference will be held August 15, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. in the Large Conference Room of the John W. White Facilities Management Building, 700 Hathorn Road, University, MS. University parking permits are required for all attendees. Information about the permits and a link to purchase them are available at http://www.olemiss.edu/parking/visitors.html.
Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the project manual. The University of Mississippi reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids submitted.
