MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted on Tuesday, May 14th, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at the Project Site: 2700 Willow Street, North Little Rock, AR 72114. Only General Contractors attending this Meeting will be eligible to submit a bid. Sub-Contractors and Suppliers are invited but not required to attend.
