Bid Information:

The Van Buren County Judge, representing the Van Buren County Hospital Board of Governors, will receive, publicly open and read aloud sealed bids at the County Judge’s Office, 1414 Highway 65 South, Suite 113, Clinton, AR 72031, on April 30, 2024 at 1:00 PM for furnishing of materials, labor, equipment, tools, accessories, and supervision necessary for construction repairs in accordance with Contract Documents as prepared by the Van Buren Hospital Board of Governors.   

The County Judge will receive lump sum bids for the following bid packages:

 1.  Construction Repairs

 2.  Caulking and Painting

The County Judge will receive bids until 1:00 PM local time.  Bids may be mailed to the Judge’s attention at PO Box 60, Clinton, AR 72031 or delivered to the County Judge’s office at the address noted above.  Bids received after this time will not be accepted.  Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the time and date mentioned.  Interested parties are invited to attend.

Pre-Bid Information:

A pre-bid meeting will not be held but bidders are encouraged to visit the site.  Kenny Calef at 309-402-0912 will be the site representative and will answer any questions about the specifications or details. Kenny Calef will inspect the work with Donnie Collins, Richard Collins, and Jerald Burroughs.

The County reserves the rights to reject any and all bids, and to waive any formalities.  Bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors and shall be licensed before his bid is submitted.
