Bid Information:
Arkansas State University - Newport, hereinafter termed owner, will receive bids until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 9, 2024. Bids may be mailed or delivered in care of Adam Adair, Arkansas State University - Newport, 7648 Victory Blvd., Newport, Arkansas, 72112. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the stated time at Room 108 in the Center for the Arts Building on ASUN campus in Newport, Arkansas.
Pre-Bid Information:
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at the site on Wednesday. January 31, 2024. The conference will start at exactly 2:00 p.m. Prime contractors who arrive late or fail to attend this meeting may forfeit their bidding privilege. The owner reserves the right to waive this requirement and/or schedule additional meetings.
