Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of DAY PROGRAM FACILITY FOR EASY K RANCH in Izard County, Arkansas, will be received by Izard County, Arkansas at Izard County Courthouse at 80 East Main Street, Melbourne, Arkansas 72556 until 11 :00 AM. on February 1, 2024 and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.

The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 60 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
