Add of a viewing area at east courts. • Interior Courts: new equipment and lighting, hvac repairs, minor roof repairs.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Memphis Parks office at 2599 Avery Ave, Memphis, TN 38112 on Thursday, Nov. 20th at 10:00 a.m. All parties interested in bidding on this project are hereby invited and urged to attend this meeting. The meeting will be hosted in the second floor conference room.

Bid Information:

The City of Memphis (herein called the "City") invites bids on the forms attached hereto. All blanks must be appropriately filled in. Bids will be received by the City at the office of the City Purchasing Agent, Room 368, City Hall, 125 N. Main, Memphis, TN 38103, until 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 3rd , 2025: and then opened and read during the City of Memphis Bid Session. Bid Sessions are now available on Teams for viewing.
