Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of a building addition located at the above address before 2:00 pm local standard time on the 2nd day of October, 2025, for Project: Randolph County Courthouse Elevator Addition. Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be obtained from Southern Reprographics upon receipt of a refundable deposit, by certified check , in the amount of $ 150 for one set payable to WER Architects. Deposit is refundable upon return of complete set of Bid Documents in usable condition within ten (10) days after the bid opening.
