The work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, services, & related activities & procedures necessary to the complete construction including the buildings, site work, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, & other improvements as shown on the Drawings & required in the Specifications (Project Manual). The school & its surrounding buildings will be fully operational during construction.

Bids will be received from Contractors at the Northwest Mississippi Community College Central, Office of Purchasing, 2nd floor McCormick Administration Building, 102 Administration Circle, Senatobia MS 38668, until 2:00 P.M., September 5, 2024, and then publicly opened and read aloud at McCormick Administration Building first floor Ranger Conference Room immediately following.
