The City of Pine Bluff, Arkansas will receive Bids until on 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, Ocotober 13, 2022, at City Clerk, 200 East 8th Avenue, City Hall, Room 202, Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71601 from qualifying Contractors to perform work necessary for the renovation and conversion of First Ward School into a Homeless Shelter. All bids must be received in a sealed envelope. Bids received after specified opening time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Prime bidders must be bonded and licensed according to Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board.
