It is intended that the contract shall include all materials, labor, equipment, services, etc. required for the Construction of a Parking Area, Installation of Picnic Table, Benches, Pedestrian Bridges, Etc. In Moorefield, Arkansas, together with any site work and attendant facilities thereto, as shown in the Drawings and described in the Specifications prepared by Miller-Newell Engineers, Inc., 510 Third Street, Newport, AR.
