Sealed bids will be received on Tuesday, August 09, 2022, until 10:00 AM at Center for the Arts, Room 108, Arkansas State University – Newport Campus, 7648 Victory Blvd. Once the time to receive bids has past, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids offered after the time to receive bids will not be accepted.

Bidder questions will be received and responded to until 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 04, 2022

Pre-Bid Information:

A mandatory pre-bid meeting for this project will be held Thursday, July 28, 2022, at Center for the Arts, Room 108, Arkansas State University – Newport Campus, 7648 Victory Blvd. This meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 AM local time. All potential bidders must attend this meeting to be eligible to submit a bid.
