University of Memphis Athletic Facility Improvements, FedEx Baseball Field Renovations

Improvements to the FedEx Baseball Field to include: field preparation for artificial turf installed by others, fencing, and all related work. Scope includes but is not limited to: Level/grade surface for preparation of artificial turf installation, outfield wall and fencing around stadium baseball field, home and visitor bullpens, videoboard to be replaced by Owner under separate contract but project requires coordination for routing below grade conduit from videoboard to videoboard control room.
