Scope of Work
A. Selective demolition of existing floor finishes (carpet ),ceramic tile, walls, plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions and ceilings.
B. Selective demolition of existing HVAC.
C. Installation of new Ceiling System, Light Fixtures, Power Circuits, and A/C Devices.
D. Installation of new Floor finishes, Walls, Modular Wall System, Wall Finishes, Doors, Ceilings (acoustical and gypsum board) and Storefront.
E. Modifications to existing HVAC system.
