Bid Information
Sealed Bids are to be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 21, 2021. All bid packets with an original, clearly identified, and two copies, must be labeled “FY2021-12-016 ELLENDALE PARK RESTROOMS”
Scope of Work
The project consists of new ADA restrooms, General Contractor shall provide all materials and labor required to complete the project as per the written requirements.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractor’s expense, which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
